helpful staff comfortable room broken lift noise level
i liked the location, it was very convenient to the metro. the staff seemed helpful, i guess. The room felt comfortablE, but it was just a single room.
The lift was out of order consistently, the stairs kept you fit. the room was not soundproof, I could hear the receptionist like she was in my room.

The location proved excellent, providing easy access to key attractions. I found the staff helpful, promptly addressing every question I had. The room was very clean (I was impressed), and I appreciated the attention to detail.
The lift was quite small, and occasionally out of service.

central location attentive staff
the location is very central. the metro station is just around the corner from this hotel. staff were very attentive, they helped me call a doctor when i felt unwell. they even allowed me to use their phone to make calls to my insurance company back home. i appreciate how they constantly checked on me.
the lift is quite small and old, only fitting one person at a time.
