non-functional air conditioningdisturbing street noise
The air conditioning system was not working, and it got quite warm in the room. I had a room facing the street. Street noise at night was EXTREMELY disturbing. (earplugs are essential).

the reception staff were very helpful and responsive . the room i booked was spacious and included a large bathroom. i slept well on the comfortable bed (i did appreciate the extra pillows!).
