kind stafftourist site

i found the staff to be very kind and helpful the breakfast included yoghurt cereals toast croissants ham cheese and tomato. the location was great too i could easily walk to most tourist sites and transportation.

the hotel only offers the very basic it definitely needs more refurbishment works.

The breakfast included pastel de nata, which I loved. The location was central, with many dining options nearby.. The bar in reception was convenient. Ricardo provided excellent recommendations.

Soundproofing was poor. Street noise was high because of restaurants and traffic nearly all night. There was also much noise from adjacent rooms.

The location was AMAZING. The hotel is close to the main tourist attractions, transport, and tasty restaurants and coffee shops. The staff IS attentive from the beginning. I also appreciated the recommendations.

The hotel offers THE very basic. The hotel is outdated and needs way MORE refurbishment. The room was very DARK. It was lacking light bulbs.
