i appreciated the easy access to transit options, including several train stations located within walking distance. the staff offered helpful recommendations for local dining and shopping.. this made navigating the area very simple. i also found the complimentary morning pastries and drinks to be a good touch to start the day.
the room size was somewhat smaller than expected, but acceptable for a short stay.

the room included good storage places and a hairdryer in the bathroom. the bed was comfortable and ensured a restful sleep. soundproofing existed, so external noise did not bother me.

the hotel boasts a central location, perfect for exploring the surrounding areas. shinjuku station is an eight minute walk, other stations are closer. a lawson convenience store, a ramen shop, and several shops are nearby.

the staff displayed friendliness and helpfulness, with fluent english. the front desk is available 24 hours a day. they assisted me with directions and provided a map to the post office.

The location is very central. the staff members were helpful. i appreciated the restaurant and atmosphere. also, there was a good vibe throughout the hotel. The complimentary croissants and coffee in the morning were also very kind.
My room wasn't very soundproofed. i could hear my neighbors! they did provide earplugs. This was helpful. the room was quite basic, and the window was blurred, so i didn't have a view. this made it a little claustrophobic.

the location was convenient near shinjuku station.
the room i booked had a noticeable musty smell that was quite bothersome. the bathroom was also small making it difficult to move around. i also found the staff a bit unhelpful when i asked for assistance with directions.
