Charming Stay with Excellent Service
friendly stafflarge roomgood size bedroom noise
The staff were friendly and helpful (.). The room was quite large with good size beds. The laundrette facilities were definitely useful for refreshing our travel clothes.
The noise from other rooms was easily audible.

The location is convenient with the town bus stop only a minute away. This makes accessing the Benesse House area very easy and allows for convenient transport around the island.

The breakfast buffet at the Regalo restaurant offered both Western and Japanese options. I enjoyed a lovely Italian meal for dinner at the same restaurant that provided a convenient dining solution.
Service

The staff was friendly and helpful, providing assistance when needed. The free luggage service from the Ougiya Bicycle Rental shop was a lifesaver, I could start exploring immediately.

The room included a good range of amenities, including Pola skincare products. There was also lots of storage space, something hard to find, and a decent-sized desk for working.
