Wonderful Stay Near Art Sites!

The hotel's location was excellent. It was conveniently situated between the two main art sites. Staff provided a free delivery service, reducing our stress and easing our travels. I found it convenient to have laundry services nearby.
I noticed some noise since my room was on the ground floor, near reception.

The staff were helpful in making bicycle rental reservations. Breakfast and dinner at the adjacent restaurant, Regalo, were excellent, with a sweet and charming staff. The hotel provided extra amenities, including Pola face cream sachets. A free coffee voucher added extra value to the stay.
The room lacked a bedside table, and convenient plugs were missing, which would be a practical improvement.

The staff provided assistance with bicycle rentals and package forwarding.. The front desk employee, Noki, offered significant help when I needed a package sent to Tokyo, showing care and attention to guest needs.

The hotel's proximity to Honmura and Benesse art projects made exploring convenient. I found the location allowed easy access to the island's cultural offerings. The availability of eBike rentals directly from the hotel enhanced travel convenience.

The staff were friendly and helpful (.). The room was quite large with good size beds. The laundrette facilities were definitely useful for refreshing our travel clothes.
The noise from other rooms was easily audible.

The location is convenient with the town bus stop only a minute away. This makes accessing the Benesse House area very easy and allows for convenient transport around the island.

The breakfast buffet at the Regalo restaurant offered both Western and Japanese options. I enjoyed a lovely Italian meal for dinner at the same restaurant that provided a convenient dining solution.

The staff was friendly and helpful, providing assistance when needed. The free luggage service from the Ougiya Bicycle Rental shop was a lifesaver, I could start exploring immediately.
