excellent stay
amazing service close views easy access botanical gardens
the suites feature amazing customer service. the suites provide close views of the petronas towers. klcc plaza and the train station are within walking distance, it is easy to get around with just a few stops to botanical gardens and other attractions.
the sharp parking angles are not big car friendly, so getting in and out is a hassle.

There are two pools available. One is located on the roof and another larger one is on a lower floor. the gym provides equipment for workouts in the morning. a rooftop bar has fine views.

The location is excellent. Avenue k shopping mall is just two minutes away. musical fountains are a few minutes walk. a supermarket is a few minutes away, it is convenient for groceries.

the apartment includes a separate lounge and bedroom. a kitchenette has a washer and dryer. the apartment is spacious with nice decor. the bed was comfortable, and it included bath salts to use in the bath tub.

the kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials. there are plenty of restaurants open until late nearby. a rooftop bar has amazing views, it is ideal for evening relaxation.

perfect location fantastic pool washing machine amazing views
location was super great and close to many places. i like that i had a washing machine in the room. the views from the roof was so amazing, i really enjoyed the pool too. the staff was friendly and the facilities was modern.
the bidet in the toilet was leakin, so there was a little water.

central location clean room spacious bathtub limited options sharp angles tv disconnection
The location offers great access. i found the room to be quite clean, this was appreciable. the bathtub provided a relaxing soak. It had ample space for two.
Breakfast options seemed limited. It was a concern. i observed some sharpness in the parking structure's angles. this made navigation with a larger car a bit difficult. internet connectivity dropped frequently, disrupting tv streaming, twice.

huge windows friendly staff
The room was very modern and had huge windows. the petronas towers were really close. Only five minutes away. i like that place was clean and the staff friendly.
the hotel gym didn't have enough free weights for some of the exercises i wanted to do.

useful dryer equipped kitchen filtered water
I appreciated the washing machine with dryer. It proved very useful. The kitchen included pots, pans, silverware, plates, and glasses, it had everything I needed. I also found a water tap in the kitchen, it dispensed filtered water.

location good, some issues
cigarette smell ventilation issue
there were issues with my room upon arrival i noticed a strong cigarette smell the hotel staff attempted to resolve it with an air purifier but it didn't fully eliminate the odor i had to block the ventilation to make the stay bearable the hotel offered a room change but i declined i didn't want to pack and move again after settling in.
