central location seasonal fruit small room inconsistent service
The hotel had a central location near a tram station. I easily accessed many places (which was very convenient). The breakfast offered a huge variety of local and European items. I particularly enjoyed the seasonal fruit.
The rooms felt small. There was also very little space for luggage. The customer service quality varied among the staff. I found this inconsistent.

adequate stay near historic sites
central location fresh fruit tasty pastries unfriendly staff smaller room poor air conditioning
the location was certainly a plus. i was close to topkapi palace and hagia sophia. it took me just a short walk to reach the main attractions. the breakfast had fresh fruit, which i enjoyed a lot and the pastries were tasty.
The staff were not always friendly, to be honest. i felt some indifference from the reception. the room i got was smaller than expected, a bit disappointing. also, the air conditioning did not work well. I had trouble adjusting the temperature.

a tender moment
divine start easy access
the rooftop breakfast offered a divine start each day. soft simit were my favorite, a perfect little treat. the hotel location allowed easy access to historic sites.
i had some disappointment about the pool being unheated during winter. also, communication with the reception felt difficult sometimes.

attentive service convenient access quick request
the staff provided attentive service . they quickly addressed my requests and were always available. i especially enjoyed the convenient access to major attractions as it saved time.
the elevator was occasionally slow during peak hours delaying transit to the upper floors.

the breakfast buffet offered a variety of options including fresh fruit pastries and hot dishes. the restaurant provided a beautiful view while i enjoyed my morning meal. coffee and tea were always readily available.

amazing experience close to everything!
helpful staff diverse option
i felt welcomed. the staff were very helpful, and the breakfast was fantastic with diverse options. the hotel's location allowed easy access to major sites, bars, and restaurants. i also appreciated the relaxing spa with its pool and sauna (a definite highlight!).
the shower in my room wasn't great. the water pressure was low, and the temperature was inconsistent. i think upgrading the shower fixtures would greatly improve the bathroom experience.
