I was so grateful for the staff. They helped greatly with our luggage and car parking. i must thank the chef girls because the breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! i appreciated the service and location near shopping.

the breakfast had a nice variety. the room was very clean thanks to housekeeping. free water was in the room every day (i really liked that).
the lobby seemed a little sad. there was not much space for clothing. the bathroom lacked privacy with a sliding door that wasn't fully closed.

i visit often and have stayed here recently i find the location amazing it is close to the metro station and istiklal street this makes exploring easy the jazz club in the lobby provides enjoyable live music most nights i liked that the staff were extraordinary
the room i stayed in was quite small i felt it lacked sufficient storage it felt more suited for business trips rather than leisure stays i think improvements in room size and storage would enhance the guest experience

the location is really good security at the entrance was friendly ramazan from the reception was helpful he gave me a room with a sea view the view was wonderful
the rooms are badly designed for families the bed blocks the wardrobe side tables were under the desk the pool is freezing even on a 30 degree day info is confusing about the breakfast times
