my superior room city view was spacious the bed was large. the location is central to many restaurants and shops.

excellent stay in the city center
convenient location fantastic view super clean room
the location was definitely a highlight for me i found it easy to walk to galata tower and many shops. my room had fantastic views and it felt very comfortable after a long day of exploring. the cleaner naciye did an excellent job keeping my room super clean .

the staff were very friendly and professional i had a seamless check-in experience. they also provided excellent local recommendations that enhanced my trip i really appreciated this helpfulness. the entire team created a cute atmosphere.

i found the breakfast to be very well made it also offered a good service. the dinner menu presented very good food i enjoyed the available choices. the breakfast had a nice variety and quality products.

the hotel's location is near a busy shopping street and the tramway to taksim square it is very convenient. i also found nice cafes and restaurants nearby that i could easily access. the historic subway station is close.

helpful staff delicious buffet great location
I was so grateful for the staff. They helped greatly with our luggage and car parking. i must thank the chef girls because the breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! i appreciated the service and location near shopping.

the breakfast had a nice variety. the room was very clean thanks to housekeeping. free water was in the room every day (i really liked that).
the lobby seemed a little sad. there was not much space for clothing. the bathroom lacked privacy with a sliding door that wasn't fully closed.

great location live music helpful staff
i visit often and have stayed here recently i find the location amazing it is close to the metro station and istiklal street this makes exploring easy the jazz club in the lobby provides enjoyable live music most nights i liked that the staff were extraordinary
the room i stayed in was quite small i felt it lacked sufficient storage it felt more suited for business trips rather than leisure stays i think improvements in room size and storage would enhance the guest experience

friendly security helpful reception sea view poor room design freezing pool confusing information
the location is really good security at the entrance was friendly ramazan from the reception was helpful he gave me a room with a sea view the view was wonderful
the rooms are badly designed for families the bed blocks the wardrobe side tables were under the desk the pool is freezing even on a 30 degree day info is confusing about the breakfast times
