fantastic stay
beautiful locationhelpful stafftasty options
i really loved the location it was so beautiful and serene. the staff were always happy to help with anything i needed they were polite. i also enjoyed the breakfast it had lots of tasty options to choose from.
the hotel is a little remote so a car is useful for getting around.

the hotel sits on a hill with amazing views i could see forests and a river from my room. the surrounding area is very quiet and peaceful it is perfect. i really enjoyed my time there.

the hotel had a lovely pool area i saw about 20 loungers. there was a modern gym available to use i saw a few treadmills and some weights. the spa offered a variety of treatments including massages.

breakfast included hot and cold options i saw eggs bacon fresh fruit and pastries. the ziyad restaurant has a diverse menu with both local and international dishes. the bar served a selection of cocktails wines and beers.

The service in the restaurant disappointed me. Securing a table seemed difficult because the staff kept emphasizing the need for reservations. Even as a hotel guest, I felt somewhat ignored. It often took a long time to get the menu and drinks. I asked for water for my dog twice but never received it.

the location offered superb views, as advertised.
I found the service quite slow in the restaurant. I waited almost 40 minutes for a menu. when i asked for water for my dog, the request was ignored. it was other guests received more prompt and attentive service (perhaps i wasn't spending enough?).
