The breakfast featured a large variety of high-quality items. I especially liked the fresh pastries. I found the free WIFI connection to be fast and reliable. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and spoke good english. I found the hotel's location excellent. It was close to the city express lift and the town center.

I noticed that there was some noise from traffic, though it quieted down in the evenings.

The hotel is in the middle of the town. The bus station for the Schmitten Skiing Station is not far. The train station, the lake, and the city center are very close. the location was PERFECT! though the parking was expensive.

The check-in process was quick. It was efficient after a long journey. The staff provided a warm and friendly greeting upon arrival, I felt very welcome. The staff were helpful. They spoke good english throughout my stay.
