convenient stay
short walk helpful staff
the location was ideal, a short walk to many restaurants. the reception staff responded to every request promptly. at breakfast, the restaurant personnel helped carry food and drinks to our table.
I found the garage far away from the building. The discount was small. it was an inconvenience, especially with luggage.

lovely stay in an amazing location!

The location was superb! it was convenient to reach mirabell gardens, a huge plus for me. the staff was always smiling and ready to help, i liked that! the cleanliness of the rooms really stood out. It was super clean.
i noticed a slight noise from the elevator at times, but it really wasn't too bothersome.

the reception staff was very attentive and quick to offer assistance with directions, local tips, and even helped me book a fantastic dinner reservation at a nearby restaurant.

The hotel is within a five-minute walk to mirabell gardens and a short bus ride to the airport. This made sightseeing and transfers easy and stress-free! i just loved it.

The rooms included a mini-bar and comfortable beds. This really helped me relax after a long day of exploring the city and i reminded me of at home. the bathroom was very clean.

acceptable stay, but some drawbacks
the staff was very kind and helpful.
i was disappointed that no body wash was provided in the shower (i always forget to pack it!). the wardrobe in my room was also small. it was difficult to store all my clothes for the duration of my stay.
