I found the garage far away from the building. The discount was small. it was an inconvenience, especially with luggage.

The location was acceptable. It was close to the mirabell gardens.

The municipal car park was a few streets away, so valet parking was not available as advertised. this lack of transparency was frustrating, as i expected parking to be on-site. The distance added inconvenience.

The location was superb! it was convenient to reach mirabell gardens, a huge plus for me. the staff was always smiling and ready to help, i liked that! the cleanliness of the rooms really stood out. It was super clean.

i noticed a slight noise from the elevator at times, but it really wasn't too bothersome.

the staff was very kind and helpful.

i was disappointed that no body wash was provided in the shower (i always forget to pack it!). the wardrobe in my room was also small. it was difficult to store all my clothes for the duration of my stay.
