The location really helped. it was easy to reach the sites i wanted to visit. i also thought the breakfast selection was good. There were many fresh options! the bed in my room felt really comfortable. i appreciated the cleanliness, too.

Breakfast included a buffet that was constantly restocked. The staff maintained very polite service throughout my stay. The tables were kept clean and free of used dishes efficiently.

The room lacked slippers. I was informed that disposable slippers were available for an additional charge of €5 per pair. This was quite unexpected.

The location was good. It was close to the metro and trams.

The room wasn't as clean as I'd hoped. I found a lot of dust under the bed. Breakfast didn't have many options. there were no parking benefits .

The hotel sits very close to the basilica. It is a SUPER location. The provided mineral water and coffee were a welcomed EXTRA. I liked the building and room.

The bed was a little hard. It could use some improvement. I did stay for three nights.
