lovely getaway
metro access delicious breakfast
the location near hero square was nice, so i explored the area with ease. breakfast included many choices, and it was really one of the best i have had. i got upgraded to a large room plus a balcony, a real treat.
despite me raising the issue multiple times, the shower hose continue to leak. the staff did not resolved the issues at all or communicated anything back to me. this was quite frustrating because the fix seemed easy.

the room was really spacious and offered a nice little balcony for morning coffee. beds were wonderfully so, which gave us restful nights. also the room had many good options for breakfast.

reception was helpful on arrival. all staff were very personable. luggage storage was fine, they gave tourist advice willingly. all staff looked polite also courteous when we needed something.

the hotel is in a quiet part of the city, away from the noise. the building is not overpowering, about 50 rooms makes it feel intimate. this hotel is a nice building along the pestigeous avenue.

Really good Stay Near City Park
convenient location fresh pastries comfortable room friendly staff
I was very impressed with the hotel's location, very close to City Park and public transportation. Breakfast offered a good selection, and I liked the fresh pastries and coffee. The room provided was super clean and cozy. The staff were generally friendly and provided prompt service when needed.
The towels are somewhat thin, a minor issue but noticeable.

great location helpful staff nice amenities
the location was great. it was very close to hero's square (i visited it twice ). i found the staff to be helpful and polite. the room was quite large with nice amenities.
the towels in the bathroom seemed old and thin. they didn't have a fresh smell (maybe they need replacing).

i found this hotel situated in an accessible zone. it was in a quiet area, so sleep was easy. reaching the city centre by public transport took less than 15 mins. the breakfast included a varied selection of items, i enjoyed it.
the towels was pretty old. they were very thin and did not smell very nice. i think they really need to be replaced.

thin towels broken air conditioning
the breakfast started early and ended late, providing ample time.
The towels in my room felt old and thin. They didn't smell fresh. i also found that the air conditioning was not working properly, so my room could not cool down. This. I had to open the window, and that let in a lot of noise.

the breakfast was served with lots of care and really delicious, what i liked.
my room, a classic double room, was not good. the bathroom door was hard to close, very noisy. reception staff was horrible when i complained, they told that they cannot fix it on a public holiday and they provided no alternative solution.

faulty air conditioning dated furniture
I was a bit disappointed . the air conditioning in my classic double room wasn't working as well as i had hoped (it was a warm few days). also, i noticed the furniture looked a bit dated. The chairs looked like they were from the '90s. it wasn't a huge problem, but it did affect the overall value in my opinion.
