The rooms were spacious. The provided kitchen had all necessary appliances for meal preparation, it even included a dishwasher which was very useful.
The initial supply of coffee capsules were only provided for the first day.

the location is great. two tube stations are nearby. many restaurants and food shops surround the area. the staff provided assistance and were very attentive.
housekeeping did not clean the apartment daily. it was done only three times a week. i expected housekeeping every day, including new towels and dishwashing.

the location provided convenient access. it was close to both tube stations and diverse restaurants. staff members were helpful and attentive .
The crockery was not sufficient. i found only two bowls and two spoons for three guests. my request for additional items was not fulfilled. The kitchen was small. It was difficult for more than one person to use it at once. the apartment layout included a long, dark corridor.

The apartment had a washing machine, a very welcome amenity. I found the lobby very presentable. The staff seemed dutiful, helpful and kind. I also liked the welcome cookies.
I found that the crockery was lacking in the kitchen.
