theatre vicinity clean room tidy room
the location is near the theatre and winter garden. i found the room tidy. it was clean (the most important thing for me).
i noticed the floorboards creaked, and i could hear other people walking around. it was not a big problem, but something to be aware of.

excellent location delicious breakfast scrupulously clean room
the location is excellent for the beach and towner gallery. the breakfasts were delicious. the room was scrupulously clean, i loved it.
the old creaky floor boards are a big issue and i heard people shutting doors. the bed was small for a double room. that was disappointing.

Average stay with SOME issues
creaky floorboards missing conditioner
The breakfast was acceptable and included several choices.
My room, a Double Room, felt cramped. The floorboards creaked LOUDLY anytime anyone moved, I heard every door slam. NO conditioner was in the bathroom, JUST a combined hair and body wash, that was inconvenient.

a gem by the sea
warm welcome large bottles ground floor
The staff offered such a warm welcome, i found them to be genuinely friendly and helpful. in my room, i was happy to find large bottles of water available. i was pleased to have a ground floor room. I felt this was a thoughtful consideration for my mobility needs.
The bathroom had limited natural light, feel a bit dim. i found the shower curtain was dark. I am sure a lighter curtain would help.
