i found the room to be spotlessly clean it had a big tv screen and the wifi worked perfectly the house rules in the brochure were very useful to me the cooked breakfast was delicious it was good value too. i really enjoyed the delicious breakfast it was served with a smile the seafront location was lovely i could see the beach and pier from the dining room the owners were warm helpful and friendly. the owners were really helpful and approachable i felt at ease being a traveler alone i parked for free behind the hotel i also had supper in a nearby pub they recommended. the bed was very comfortable in my lovely clean room i had a decent tv and coffee and tea facilities both owners were helpful and friendly a awesome breakfast was provided.

i felt the owners were pleased to get me out the way there was only one bath towel for 5 days the bathroom wasn't cleaned because of the pandemia i was woken at 6am every morning they said it was german drivers this wasn't true. there was no table to put the kettle on the kettle was on the bottom shelf of the bedside table it was quite dangerous to boil a kettle on the carpet it would not be suitable for elderly or disabled.

The room was well-appointed and comfortable. I especially appreciated the home-cooked breakfast, it was REALLY tasty. The hosts were friendly. They offered helpful information. I found the milk provided for making tea a lovely touch.

I found no table appropriate for the kettle, this was quite inconvenient.

The location is perfect, directly overlooking the sea. The hotel is situated right on the seafront. It's very convenient to reach local attractions. Parking was EASY, just out front.

The hosts were friendly and helpful. breakfast tasted great. i saw they care about the environment, which i think is important. the parking permit scheme at £2.20 a day was so helpful. I could easily park nearby.
