the family room was a good size for my son's family and was also very clean. breakfast took place at the diner next door, and the service was efficient. the staff provided excellent service at both the hotel and the diner.
the blinds did not keep enough light out in the morning.

the staff were helpful and courteous . the owners are friendly and accommodating. the staff ensured i could contact them anytime via a ring-style doorbell in the communal corridors, which i thought was very effective.

the location was very convenient. the staff members were very friendly and helpful. the hotel looked clean with tasteful decoration. complimentary biscuits and water were available, a thoughtful touch for those not keen on tea and coffee. i felt welcome, and i would consider returning soon.
the blinds did not block out enough light in the morning. traffic noise was noticeable through the night, but it was manageable.

The breakfast service was quite slow. I waited 50 minutes for a simple egg dish. the room's double bed felt small, more like a single. the bathroom floor wasn't clean. I noticed hair and dust.

the noise was a problem. constant traffic ran throughout the night.. i also heard pigeons early in the morning. the skinny pillows were not good, and the bed moved from the wall. this happened during the night and woke me up.

My room had excellent views, it was also clean. i found thought had been given to guest comfort. i appreciated the hotel's own car park. It added convenience. breakfast was generous with lots of choice.
there was no proper reception, nor staff anywhere. i also noticed tea and coffee were not replaced in the room.

i stayed in a twin room i found it spacious enough for my luggage the en-suite bathroom featured a powerful shower the water was always hot. breakfast was served in the diner next door i had a full english it was delicious and promptly served
