clean room live music insufficient plugs shabby towels
The room was very clean. The staff at breakfast were great and attentive. I enjoyed the live piano music iN the restaurant.
There were not enough plugs around the room and the lighting iN the bathroom was too dim. The towels were thin and looking shabby, it seems.

atlas mountains fresh seafood breakfast choice
My room had a balcony. It faced the tennis courts. the view included the atlas mountains. the breakfast choices were plentiful and delicious. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant. The seafood was freshly prepared.
i thought the hotel had many rooms, so it didn't feel like a boutique hotel.

rooftop terrace delicious breakfast good size bedroom unprofessional cart poorly trained staff long delay
I really liked the rooftop terrace. It had a bar and pool. the bedroom was a good size. the restaurant and the breakfast were both delicious.
the cleaning staff left their carts in the hallway all night long. i also had spa services and the staff was poorly trained. it took 30 minutes from check-in to my massage.

various breakfast nice staff musty air faulty window
the breakfast had many options and tasted good. the staff was helpful and nice. i especially liked the ladies from the spa. i also enjoyed the massage.
the air conditioning had a musty smell. the window did not close completely. because of this, i heard a lot of noise at night.

nice room nearby amenity thin towel inadequate lighting
the rooms were nice. i had a view over the road and amenities such as a salon and laundry were nearby.
the towels were looking thin. there were not enough plugs around the room. the lighting in the bathroom was not bright enough.
