The staff was hospitable, friendly, and helpful. I felt very welcome. They took the time to answer questions and recommended places to visit. The staff offered taxi service at fixed prices and escorted me to and from these taxis. I was very grateful for their kindness and hospitality.
My room was located near reception. This led to disturbances and noisy sleep.

the staff was cute upon arrival and very helpful throughout my stay. my room had a small seating area with comfortable chairs. the rooftop pool offered a refreshing escape from the sun (i spent an afternoon relaxing there). the on-site restaurant served tasty moroccan dishes.
my room overlooked a nearby street and occasional street noise disrupted my sleep.
