Decent stay with some drawbacks

The staff was very friendly. They did everything to help us. The spa area had beautiful views. It was lovely.
I think the value for money is zero. The resort is overpriced. There are no private facilities.

The room had a mountain range view. The room featured a super comfortable bed. I really appreciated the resort's emphasis on sustainability. All the bathroom amenities came in recycled packaging.
The spa was booked, and I had to settle for a 9 am appointment on my departure day.

location excellent views air conditioning uncomfortable sleep
the location had views. that's something, i guess.
this place tries to pass itself off as fancy. the lack of air conditioning in the room made sleeping difficult. it was just a fan pushing around hot air. what a joke.

amazing scenery and great service
spacious room comfortable bed amazing view
the rooms are spacious and well laid out, i appreciated the massive, comfortable bed. the huge bathroom included a great walk in shower, perfect for enjoying the amazing views during my shower. shashin, the room boy, kept the room immaculate and provided friendly chats.
The road leading to the resort was unpaved. This felt unsafe, especially after heavy rain, as we had mud all over us when trying to reach the skywalk.

The location is excellent and unique. It is very close to adventurous activities. i appreciated the short walk to nine arch bridge. the royal delux offered a majestic view of the mountains.

I got a lovely blessing on arrival. The staff could not do enough to help! service was amazing, the front desk staff offered really good support and hospitality. the staff were polite and kind.

Our room was a haven. It featured an expansive balcony ideal for intimate moments? The king-size bed offered ultimate comfort after our daily explorations, though the pillows were not quite perfect. The bathroom included dual sinks and a luxurious rain shower. It was quite indulgent. We found the daily housekeeping perfect, and the complimentary tea selection was good.
The buggy service was sometimes delayed during peak hours, though it was a minor inconvenience.

The resort's location near Little Adam's Peak provided easy access for morning hikes. That was very handy. The proximity to the Nine Arch Bridge allowed for spontaneous visits. It was a great experience. The surrounding tea plantations created a serene atmosphere.
