fantastic stay near the park
speedy check-in spacious bathroom semi-open-air shower comfortable sunbeds
We got a great welcome and the check-in process was speedy. the service and food choices were both EXCELLENT. I found the semi-open-air shower setup in the bathroom interesting, and the room. bathroom, were very spacious. we enjoyed the spacious balcony with its chairs, table and sunbeds facing the national park. the hotel was superb and I would gladly return.
My friend wanted a spa session on arrival. the front desk told her to wait and continued chatting with colleagues. Then, they told her to go to the spa directly, after which she found out that there were no sessions available.

attentive staff delicious option fresh fruit unreliable connectivity worn equipment grounds area
i felt so welcomed. the staff were kind and attentive to every need. the breakfast buffet offered a huge array of delicious options, i always found something new (i especially loved the fresh fruit).
i found the internet connectivity to be a little unreliable sometimes. it particularly struggled in some areas of the grounds. also, the gym could use a little updating (i noticed some of the equipment seemed a bit worn).

national park shaded sections
i liked the closeness to yala national park. it's convenient to access safaris. the pool area was spacious. i found many loungers available for relaxation. there also were shaded sections, i appreciate that.
