The gym allows unsupervised children. It's an accident waiting to happen. the location is somewhat inconvenient, and the restaurant proved noisy. Some food stations were often empty. I found these issues rather annoying.

the staff were amazing! senuka made my first morning at breakfast great! suranga, the bell boy, was so smiley and cute. the hotel is run with a great ethos and their generosity was appreciated.
The hotel is good. in my opinion, it does not yet meet a five-star standard.

the hotel features excellent temperature-controlled pools and superb restaurants. the hotel is situated conveniently, providing easy access to nearby attractions, so getting around is a total breeze.

Rooms were super comfortable and the ambience was really good!!! lots of tourists, as we interacted well, and the heated pool access was fantastic. It's a major plus.

i appreciated the cleanliness and comfortable beds. i also loved the heated pool. the rooftop bar had amazing views. i found the gym well equipped with new machines.
the vegetarian options on the à la carte menu were limited, so i had to go out for meals.

rushed serviceinadequate cooling
Check-in felt disorganized. No hotel information was offered without asking. i had to request the restaurant and facility hours in writing. the minibar didn't cool properly. I learned these are climate cabinets, not fridges. beverage options were absent from room service. i even had to use uber eats to get drinks! the staff was too quick to clear plates and present bills at the restaurants. it all felt rushed and detracted from relaxing.

The rooftop bar provided amazing views, I was charmed. The gym was also well equipped with new machines. I used them every day. The breakfast buffet had an excellent variety of food. The staff seemed very friendly and helpful.
The location wasn't super ideal for tourism, though there were taxis available.

The room featured a king-size bed and offered amenities, I found them convenient. Climate control was effective. A work desk with multiple power outlets allowed for business tasks, which I completed. There were also blackout curtains, this feature was helpful.

The hotel boasts a heated rooftop infinity pool with city views, I swam every day. The gym featured treadmills, elliptical machines, and a selection of free weights. The breakfast area included a variety of seating options, this helped manage crowds.
