the staff was attentive, ensuring guest safety. the location allowed quick access to the park. we seemed to have vip fast track access through entry gates, ahead of many other safari trucks.

i noticed some noise from children in the pool area and restaurant.

the architecture respected the environment while providing luxury. our cocoon pool suite offered ultimate comfort. the interior design was excellent! every staff member showed really good courtesy. the safari was lovely, especially the exclusive viewing of a female leopard.

the coffee was not excellent, not what i would have expected.

The lodge interior had a striking design. Beds were noticeably comfortable. The beach presented an extraordinary view, especially during sunset hours (a tranquil setting indeed).

The food did not stand out. Staff occasionally made errors taking orders. The plunge pool seemed dirty, limiting usage.
