the staff at reception was very friendly.. our room received daily cleaning service. the location proved convenient with a nearby supermarket. the heating in the room was sufficient for a comfortable stay.

i noticed a lack of sound insulation within the hotel. i could hear sounds behind the closed door and in neighboring rooms. it affected my sleep .

i was actually surprised by my stay. the location was really convenient, close to a tram stop. the hotel provided tea and coffee in the room, i found that useful. the staff were helpful and friendly, especially with directions.

the supermarket was very close that was a definite advantage i liked that our room was cleaned every day the staff were also friendly and accommodating. the heating worked well enough in the room it was very welcome with the cooler temperatures outside. the location proved ideal for shorter stays due to its proximity to various amenities.

the stairs were quite steep this might be a challenge for some guests
