hotel location was close to everything. i found the room clean. the rooftop bar had great views. i liked the staff helpfulness.

some issues needing attention
poor cleanliness subpar soundproofing
the room's cleanliness wasn't great upon arrival. I found some leftover mess from the previous guest, which wasn't a stellar first impression. during checkout, there was a huge queue with only one staff member, a total mess, really. also, the soundproofing was subpar. I could hear everything, including water running through pipes, not exactly relaxing.

helpful staff walk in shower
The hotel is very close to the train station. The location made travel very convenient. My room had a walk in shower. I also found the efficient lighting system next to the bed very helpful.

great location friendly staff ample seating
The location was great. It was only seconds from the central station! this made getting to the hotel from the airport easy. the staff greeted me with a friendly welcome, and there was ample seating in the reception area.

dreadful shower pressure few plugs
the room was clean and the breakfast was acceptable.
The shower pressure was dreadful. It was just over a poor quality bath with a screen that wouldn't stay open. virtually no plugs were available in the room because the lights, coffee machine, kettle and hotel ipad used them all. i had to unplug a lamp to charge my phone.

AMAZING stay!
basement storage great location
I appreciated the excellent basement storage. We arrived with two bikes and the staff promptly directed us to the large lift. The location IS fantastic since the direct route of the Rheinradfahrt means you just cycle up to the hotel. The modern design and layout made it easy to navigate.
