the breakfast offered multiple choices. i found the host genuinely friendly. communication was excellent prior to arrival. the facilities were clean.
the wifi cost extra. i paid five pounds per hour.

fantastic stay
super clean bedroomgreat detailfreshly brewed coffee
we have stayed here now. the bedrooms are super clean. attention to detail is visible like a chocolate on your dressing gown and homemade shortbread biscuits in the room. you can choose breakfast the night before plus there is cereal, toast and fruit and lots of freshly brewed coffee.
the room was somewhat small for three people. there was limited space to put suitcases. it was a bit noisy and there was no air conditioning to close the windows completely.

the breakfast offered a great variety. it included both cereals and a freshly cooked full english option. the location was convenient. it was a short walk to several restaurants in the town center.
the room felt quite cramped. it made it difficult to manage luggage. public parking was the only option available. this was somewhat inconvenient.

i found the location ideal for my trip. the hostess was helpful and the breakfast was fantastic. i also appreciated that they provided fat free yogurt at breakfast as requested. breakfast included a wide choice of dishes and was perfectly cooked.
the room felt quite cramped for me. the paid wifi was a bit unexpected at 5 pounds per hour it added up quickly. it felt a bit too much.
