excellent gymnasiumfriendly staff
the gymnasium were excellent and the staff seemed friendly at reception. my room was a good size and very clean i thought. fitness center are nice for relax a bit.
one light just didn't work in the room. the tv guide are rubbish.

the facilities felt quite dated, honestly. i found one light in my room didn't work. the tv was also a problem. the tv guide was unhelpful, and i couldn't figure out how to turn subtitles on!!!

the breakfast selection included many choices and everything tasted fresh. the staff were very helpful. parking was convenient directly at the hotel. catching the bus to the city centre was easy thanks to a bus stop nearby.
The windows are a bit old. I could feel a slight draft.

the family room had a good size. the breakfast was delicious (especially the warm plates). the swimming pool was a bonus, and i enjoyed my time there.

the reception staff was very friendly and helpful with directions. the hotel provided quick room service and addressed all requests promptly. i found the staff to be generally attentive.
