This hotel is really a gem. The warm personalities and helpful nature of the staff. We participated in restaurant, bar, and concierge services, nice. The concierge team handled our request well, and we even had a little laugh about it .

The mini-bar was nearly empty. It only contained a small number of water and soft drink cans. The small selection was underwhelming for a hotel presenting itself as premium. It could improve the overall experience.

The location was great. It was easy to reach the bus station. the breakfast spread was amazing too. i liked the variety of options available at the buffet, it included both hot and cold dishes. i also found that staff was professional and very kind.

i requested ear plugs due to noise from outside. the receptionist said it was no problem, but they never arrived. when i mentioned this at check out, i was told that they would raise the issue with the team.

The front door staff included david, he greeted us and took our bags directly to the room. rebecca hume definitely. location was excellent, and i found the am shift staff really good. They provided wonderful service.

I found that furniture at the room required approval. the bathroom seemed very small, and it had a bathtub. the bathtub wasn't easy to use because there was nothing to hold onto while taking a shower. That was strange
