Fantastic Stay at This Hotel!
warm personalities helpful nature concierge service
This hotel is really a gem. The warm personalities and helpful nature of the staff. We participated in restaurant, bar, and concierge services, nice. The concierge team handled our request well, and we even had a little laugh about it .
The mini-bar was nearly empty. It only contained a small number of water and soft drink cans. The small selection was underwhelming for a hotel presenting itself as premium. It could improve the overall experience.

The breakfast offers a buffet option with a la carte menu. The ingredients tasted very high quality. The service attitude among the staff, and the breakfast service was friendly.

The premium king room included great views of the surrounding landscape. Rooms are neat and clean, the service is amazing. Staff is courteous, and they are very particular about the guest's needs, including cleaning.

The hotel's location is perfect. It is near many fantastic restaurants. The hotel looked fantastic. It's a really elegant building inside and out. The location is fabulous, being in the heart of Old Town.

great location professional staff amazing breakfast noise levels unfulfilled request
The location was great. It was easy to reach the bus station. the breakfast spread was amazing too. i liked the variety of options available at the buffet, it included both hot and cold dishes. i also found that staff was professional and very kind.
i requested ear plugs due to noise from outside. the receptionist said it was no problem, but they never arrived. when i mentioned this at check out, i was told that they would raise the issue with the team.

dull light musty smell
the room was not what i expected. no overhead lights existed, only bedside lamps provided a dim light. the bathroom had a musty smell and was awkwardly small!!!

charmed stay
wonderful service excellent location really good staff
The front door staff included david, he greeted us and took our bags directly to the room. rebecca hume definitely. location was excellent, and i found the am shift staff really good. They provided wonderful service.
I found that furniture at the room required approval. the bathroom seemed very small, and it had a bathtub. the bathtub wasn't easy to use because there was nothing to hold onto while taking a shower. That was strange

the breakfast was excellent with many options. the location is central with easy access to shops and restaurants.
The room i stayed in did not have much of a view. It faced a wall.

staff was very friendly. beds were comfortable and provided ample space. coffee provision in the room was generous. quality and choice for breakfast was really worth taking the b&b option. restaurant was managed impeccably. all the staff were helpful.
