decent stay with minor drawbacks
bedroom upgrade golf course tasty breakfast lacking extras caramel wafer faulty door
the bedroom upgrade with a golf course view was so good. ceiling to floor windows provided special views. breakfast had plenty choice and everything tasted very tasty.
i felt underwhelmed by the lack of extras in the suite. standard caramel wafer biscuits were the only treats. the door to the living room did not close properly.

a perfect romantic escape!!!
lovely location corner window warm welcome
The hotel location is special, offering easy walks to the shops and the nearby beach. our king room was gorgeous with a corner window. from there, we enjoyed the beach views and the golf course, perfect to watch from the comfy sofa. we even brought our wee dog, and she received a warm welcome. It was like home.
during check-in, i noticed a slight delay. with a group arriving, it took some time to assign rooms, possibly due to limited staffing at that moment.

the fitness centre provides essential equipment. i saw treadmills and stationary bikes available for guest use, supporting a convenient workout routine . the hotel's cosy lobby created a cute atmosphere.

breakfast service allowed relaxed dining with excellent service. the staff demonstrated friendliness and professionalism. the food choices had great quality, offering options that were freshly cooked.

superb location comfortable room large towels slow service inexperienced staff bar area
The location is superb. The hotel is very close to many attractions. I found the room to be well furnished and comfortable. Large towels were available in the bathroom.
The service was slow. Staff seemed inexperienced. I had to remind them of missing items multiple times. There was a wedding taking over the entire bar area , with little offer of alternatives.

tea cakes friendly staff small room thick dust
the decor was great, if a bit much to cater for the american golfing crowd. tunnocks tea cakes in the room was a very nice touch. it. the staffs were friendly.
the room i get was small, and very cold. there wasnt room to unpack my suitcase properly. the window in the bathroom had dust i could see.
