FANTASTIC stay!
fresh pastriesfriendly stafflovely sitting areascute atmosphere
The breakfast offered MANY choices and everything was very fresh. I especially liked the pastries. They were AMAZING!!! The staff members were friendly and provided prompt service. I enjoyed several lovely sitting areas available inside and outside. The entire atmosphere felt relaxing and cute.
The room thermostat had limited levels of control. It only had cool, warm, and hot settings.

My room was generally quiet and quite clean, with a nice, big window. The bathroom had efficient facilities, and included all necessary amenities. The room had a quality feel. It was bigger than average.

The staff was helpful and provided really good service when needed. They were multi-lingual and ready to advise on attractions. They were detail oriented. They did a GREAT job representing the company's image.

The hotel's location is central, close to many sights. It is within easy walking distance of the historic old town attractions. The train station is an easy and flat 15 minute walk away. There is parking in the building.

The room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful bathroom with plenty of wardrobe space. Breakfast included a wide selection of items from continental options to hot cooked breakfasts, pastries, and waffles. The hot beverage machine makes great beautiful hot chocolate and lattes. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The underground car park is quite tight for larger vehicles.

The hotel is equipped with a modern gym, including three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The swimming pool has twenty loungers and a shaded area. It is a great spot to relax. The hotel also provides a secure parking area .

My room faced the main street. It was very noisy. the small bed was pushed right against the radiator.

the breakfast had many choices and tasted delicious. the staff was always helpful and friendly. the room I stayed in was a classic double or twin room and it was very clean. the hotel's location was convenient, only a short walk to the markets. I also found many restaurants located nearby. the hotel provided pre booked parking, a feature that was useful for me. the hotel had beautiful decorations throughout the building. the bed was also very comfortable. the location of the hotel was well placed overall.
the pillows were somewhat lumpy, a minor inconvenience.
