style over comfort
uncomfortable pillows expensive amenities
the hotel was clean , and that met my expectations.
The room felt cramped , with no desk or proper seating , i could only sit on the bed. there were no complimentary amenities in the room . I had to pay for tea , coffee , and water. the pillows were also uncomfortable . They offered no support , and asking for extra pillows did not help.

Really good Stay
modern design city view stocked bar easy access
The modern design created a very hip atmosphere. The room featured city views and included free WiFi. I also appreciated the fully stocked bar and fridge. The hotel's location near Queen Street provided easy access to many attractions.
I did find the lighting near the elevators to be a little too dark.

The room provided blackout curtains and a walk-in shower. There are bathrobes available . The design of the rooms included diffusers, great for curly hair folks.

The restaurant has a focus on great flavours. The rooftop bar had amazing views and good drinks. There are two bars and a restaurant on site for guest convenience.

The staff was friendly and always happy to help. They made sure that we had everything needed. The service team worked fabulously, assisting guests to ensure a pleasant stay.

clean sheets front desk
The room felt humid. the sheets were clean, but felt wet. i noticed a smell in the room. It was an organic smell, unrelated to sheets or pillows.
the front desk staff were pleasant but did not seem interested in going out of their way for simple requests.
