underwhelming stay
unsafe situation long wait times
the location was acceptable. it was close to the ferry docks.
the lifts in the north tower were a joke. only one out of five lifts worked. wait times exceeded ten minutes. the situation felt unsafe and dangerous.

The breakfast buffet included many choices and fresh items. The layout was well-organized. the room had a separate sitting area in my guest room 1 king. the staff provided quick and helpful service!

the hotel's location near the lake and ferry terminals was really convenient. i found it easy to walk to many attractions, including the cn tower. breakfast was good with a freshly cooked egg station going until 10:30 am..
i stayed in the north tower. the room, though spacious, had a musty odour. the bathroom barely fit one person. the dining area was busy and noisy..

clean room lake view nearby restaurants
I found the staff to be cute and professional. The room was clean and well-kept. I appreciated the lake view from my roomwith a nice backdrop. The location near the venue and available nearby restaurants was a definite plus.
Valet workers WERE impolite. I expect better service for the price.

serene lakeside moments
clean room comfortable bed
i appreciated the cleanliness and space in the room we had a room with a beautiful view overlooking lake ontario it. the staff at the valet and service desks were quite helpful. the hotel offered a breakfast buffet that was very satisfying.

the valet service was efficient and respectful staff assisted with luggage and directions the front desk handled requests promptly and with a smile i was happy with the attentiveness and professionalism shown throughout my stay.

situated right on the waterfront it provided easy access to the ferry terminal and nearby attractions the proximity to the city center airport made travel convenient i also found many restaurants available within walking distance making dining out easy.
