I found the staff to be cute and professional. The room was clean and well-kept. I appreciated the lake view from my roomwith a nice backdrop. The location near the venue and available nearby restaurants was a definite plus.
Valet workers WERE impolite. I expect better service for the price.

i appreciated the cleanliness and space in the room we had a room with a beautiful view overlooking lake ontario it. the staff at the valet and service desks were quite helpful. the hotel offered a breakfast buffet that was very satisfying.

the valet service was efficient and polite staff assisted with luggage and directions the front desk handled requests promptly and with a smile i was happy with the attentiveness and professionalism shown throughout my stay.

situated right on the waterfront it provided easy access to the ferry terminal and nearby attractions the proximity to the city center airport made travel convenient i also found many restaurants available within walking distance making dining out easy.
