expensive cost loud noise

the elevators were available quickly.

i was disappointed that the room was below the gym. loud noises and banging woke me. i requested a room change, but the cost was quite expensive (including the hotel room and $40 per day for parking).

The staff were very friendly. They were helpful with every request. The room had a fridge and complimentary water. The hotel had a Starbucks, and a restaurant on-site.

My room was below the gym, so I was awoken by loud noises and banging. I requested a room change. Hallways were loud, and I heard doors slamming constantly and people talking.

adequate stay, but some issues noticed

dragging door lumpy bed pigeon excrement

the room location was acceptable for my needs.

The bathroom door dragged loudly on the floor. This was quite irritating. the bed was lumpy and too soft, leading to discomfort during the night. the balcony was locked. It was covered in pigeon excrement, this was a disappointment.

convenient location friendly staff

The location was very convenient for accessing nearby attractions! I especially liked that a Starbucks was directly attached to the hotel. The staff impressed me, they were friendly and helpful.
