The room was spacious. It had great views across the city. The kitchen area was well equipped. It even had a coffee machine.
I found a long queue during check-in. The staff were lovely, though management might consider hiring extra seasonal staff. The air-con would not allow temperature control, and my room was cold. The night shift staff disregarded my complaint at 4 am because of the room temperature.

The room had a large kitchen area. It also featured a tv in both the living room and bedroom. The apartment included tokens to exchange for coffee pods. The hotel offers discounted parking at the q-park jamaica street location using a code from their website.
i wish the sofa bed was set up prior to my arrival.

The room was very clean and provided everything i needed for my stay. i liked that the apartment was well-equipped. If i had stayed longer, i would have utilized the kitchen facilities more. the living room area can be closed off from the bedroom area.

the staff were friendly and helpful and were in a great location for the city centre. the hotel also provided tokens to exchange for coffee pods for the coffee maker in the apartment. i stayed on the 8th floor and didn't hear a thing from the busy pub.

the location proved excellent. spacious rooms exist with an excellent staff nearby. it was easy walking everywhere. the hotel is close to the city center
utensils were not entirely clean. some food lacked freshness including the cakes. there weren't a lot of fresh vegetables and fruits available
