Wonderful Stay in Historic Setting

I really enjoyed the spacious room overlooking the Clyde Falls! The staff were professional and helpful. I found the food to be of excellent quality. I appreciated the walks available in the surrounding area.

I noticed only a slight problem, with a minor stain on the hallway carpet.

Staff were always helpful and friendly. The concierge assisted with taxi arrangements to the train station. The spa staff provided excellent service, with a manager especially helpful.

the room was spacious and sunny. i noticed comfortable bed with quality linens (very soft). the bathroom included an actual bath. the excellent gym had everything i needed for my workout.

the bar area felt a little dark. it could use some brighter lighting to improve the ambiance.

the hotel features a good swimming pool. there is also a spa area available , complete with hammam (i didn't try it). parking is readily available directly outside the building.
