Really good Service and Central Location

I appreciated the central hotel location near main attractions. Convenient parking is available at the NCP Glasshouse car park. The reception lobby locates on the second floor, and an elevator works well. I found the bed comfortable and slept soundly each night.
The room size was smaller than advertised. This was a slight disappointment.

The location is central. It is a short walk to transportation, including the train station. The room had daily cleaning and restocking. The breakfast offered many options.
The wifi signal was inconsistent at times. This made it occasionally difficult to browse online.

my room faced an internal wall and lacked natural light. the furniture seemed dated.

shower mold
The shower had mold. The staff displayed a lack of hospitality and competence. Upon check-in, I was greeted with a bored expression. the arrival message recommended a nearby parking garage that was blocked the following morning due to the Great Scottish Run. Staff seemed unaware of this issue and could not offer alternative parking solutions.
