Really good Stay
friendly staff good variety quality finish
The staff was always friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. The bar had a lovely atmosphere, and the breakfast offered a good variety. I appreciated the comfortable room and the quality finish. I had a really restful sleep each night.
I noticed the dim lighting throughout the hotel. It seemed to mask some areas that needed more thorough cleaning. I spotted built-up grime in places.

friendly staff first class snacks comfy bed
the staff were super friendly. jacks bar had first class snacks i must say. the room was nicely warm, the bed was comfy.
i had coffee pods but i did not have any coffee machine. this is just poor service i think.

The food at The Grill surpassed expectations. The hotel's location proved central with easy access to transport and attractions. I found the bar staff to be friendly and efficient. I also appreciated the size of the room with both a comfortable bed and nice shower.

My king room had modern decor. i found the bathroom spacious, with nice products available for use. the staff were helpful and very friendly. i enjoyed the cocktails in jack's bar. The menu offered a great choice.
I noticed the lighting was quite dim throughout the hotel, including the hallways and my room. it made it a little difficult to see clearly at times. It was very strange.

non-functioning light old school sachets
The hotel location proved convenient (easy access to nearby amenities).
The light over the kettle was not working. The dark walls made it hard to see. I also would have expected a Nespresso machine instead of old school sachets. The lack of a mini bar made the £50 deposit seem excessive, honestly.

The room was spacious, i found nice products to use. the staff were helpful. i was given an upgrade to an executive suite. This was appreciated.
the hotel had low light in the room, it made things a bit difficult. this was the only minor downside.
