splendid city centre experience
superb locationshort walktea platterevening snacks
the location was superb the airport bus conveniently stopped right outside the hotel i loved that. glasgow train station was just a short walk away it was very handy. i had access to the executive lounge and i checked in early i was able to enjoy a tea platter which i thought was a really lovely touch. the lounge also provided drinks and snacks in the evening it felt so homey.
i stayed for three nights and my room had a double window that i couldn't open it. the air conditioning helped but it was still a bit warm

i found the location quite convenient. the proximity to queen street station, seemed like one minute away. air conditioning worked well in the room too, a must for me.
the entrance carpet looked quite grim. it is a small area and the first image makes such a difference, though. the furniture in the room was old, and i hope the mattress and pillows weren't as old.

the afternoon executive lounge service needs improvement. tables were uncleared and full of used items. there were no scones to accompany the jam and cream provided. the refrigerator was not restocked and clean glasses were unavailable..
