the location was central, very handy to many places. my room was roomy, comfortable and quiet. the bed was wonderful, and toiletries were good (i especially liked the shampoo).
onsite parking was difficult. i had to navigate down narrow alleyways, going past many rubbish bins. the bathroom had nowhere to stow toiletries. i also found i could hear sirens from my room.

the beds were indeed comfortable, resembling sleeping on a cloud. the room also included a washing machine, a dryer, and a bathtub complete with a clothesline for drying clothes.. a nice touch. i arrived at 2am, after a long international flight and was met in person at reception. an 11am check-out time also.

reception staff members were warm and polite, clearly explaining all necessary details. they were helpful with queries, offering assistance as needed. i received a room upgrade with a complimentary wine upon arrival, a pleasant surprise.

The location is amazing and so convenient. The main shopping strip is just across the road. The train station is only a block away. It really is close to everything. The staff were friendly and helpful, assisting with extending our stay when needed.
The bathroom lacked sufficient space for toiletries. It seemed like a repurposed space.

The reception staff was very helpful . I received a free upgrade to a one-bedroom apartment. The apartment included a spacious layout and a well-equipped kitchen with an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge freezer. I also appreciated the washer and dryer located in the bathroom cupboard.
