Convenient and Clean Stay
easy access water flow
The hotel's location allowed easy access to nearby shops. The room was neat. (I really liked the wide water flow in the shower.)

valet parking poor customer service
The valet parking cost $60 , a total rip-off for less than 24 hours , it was previously $45 , i hear. also , finding a bar open at 10:30 pm on a saturday proved impossible . The only options were the casino , which i would not recommend , or the sky bar , apparently requiring a reservation. the lobby bar was closing , and the staff offered no alternative suggestions , just poor customer service.

adequate stay, some issues present
long lift waits poor soundproofing
the bed was comfortable.
The lifts experienced long waits, only two were operational (a bit frustrating). the light switches lacked intuitive placement, causing confusion. the room's soundproofing was poor. I clearly heard noises from the adjacent room.

The location was very convenient. I walked to many places from the hotel. The staff was very helpful. The utilities in the room, such as the hair straighteners, were helpful.
The air conditioning made a rattling noise. I did not expect this in a five-star hotel. The pool area lacked monitoring. One family with many children were creating havoc there. This was disturbing when I tried to relax.

the location was convenient for the aotea centre. the room was clean with a comfortable bed. it was close to several restaurants and cafes. i found the staff very helpful and friendly throughout my stay.
i found the complimentary bottled water difficult to open at times.

expensive valet parking lacking customer service
the room was a decent size. the location worked for my plans.
valet parking cost $60 for less than 24 hours, a complete rip off. i also found the customer service lacking, especially for a hotel of this supposed caliber. at 10:30 pm on a saturday, there were no bars open other than the casino, and the sky bar required a reservation. it reminded me of i shouldn't have even asked for recommendations.
