The shower drain did not work properly. I had to take very short showers to prevent overflowing. The room decor seemed dreary. The dim lighting did not help much.

underwhelming stay
the room I stayed in felt REALLY dated. the washing machine clearly didn't work, and there wasnt even A tv in the room. honestly, it felt more like a 3-star hotel than a 5-star.

Solid Stay with Kitchen Perks
functional kitchenette washing machine convenient location easy access
I appreciated the room had a kitchenette. It allowed me to prepare meals after a long day. The room included a washing machine. It was very convenient for my travel needs. The location provided easy access to the city center (for exploration and dining).
I noticed the bathroom could have used a bit more attention to detail during cleaning.
Dining

While I did not dine at the hotel restaurant, the proximity to Queen Street offers many dining options. The fully equipped kitchen in the room allowed for easy meal preparation. It included a microwave, large fridge, and toaster.

The hotel provides laundry facilities inside the room, including a washing machine. This was useful for longer stays and helped in packing light. The front desk staff was helpful with inquiries and assistance.
Rooms

The one-bedroom apartment offered a good amount of space. The bed was comfortable, and the room had a smart TV. The heated towel rail in the bathroom was a nice touch (I always appreciate that).
