weak air conditioningstolen snacks
The air conditioning was just for show. It didn't cool at all! also, the bathroom setup was odd. the toilet was in a separate wooden-doored room away from the sink. no bidet either. i put out the 'do not disturb' sign, but they cleaned the room anyway. they also took my nuts, biscuits, cake, and bottled water. they didn't even change the duvet cover or empty the trash bin.

the location is great! i could walk to malls within minutes. the rooftop restaurant had fantastic city views, i spent every evening there. the staff was so kind, they helped me with everything i needed, even late at night!
the breakfast area felt a bit cramped during peak hours.

the hotel's central location allows easy access to the main river, just an 8-10 minute walk away, for viewing fireworks. supermarkets are also conveniently located nearby, and museums are easily accessible. i safe area walking around the neighborhood alone.

the tv in my room had amazon prime streaming, this kept my teenagers entertained! the room was kept very clean, this was important to me. i could open the windows easily for fresh air, that was fantastic.

the rooftop italian restaurant offers fantastic city views, an absolute must-do! the breakfast selection had variety, it was great to see fresh options every morning. i particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit.

the hotel has a taxi service to the airport, how convenient is that! plus, the train station is very close, a 200 meter walk. i appreciated the easy access to transportation options!

location are great with the metro station really close. the lobby felt modern and spacious. i find my room comfortable it had nice amenities.
the carpet floor near the window was wet. i think water came from the inoperable air conditioning. there were only one big towel also the safe was not working i don't like that.
