adequate stay near termini station
slow drainunavailable staff
The shower drain was quite slow. the bathroom felt cramped. it took a while for the water to warm up, a bit annoying. staff was unavailable during certain hours. That limited flexibility.

the hotel location worked fine it was near the train station.
i found issues with the breakfast it came in a basket with rolls and croissants this was not a real breakfast. the room faced a wall which i had specifically requested not to have. i heard all the noise from the reception area early each morning.

Charming Stay Near the Colosseum!

The hotel location was great. I walked to the Colosseum and other main attractions easily. The staff was friendly and helpful. They provided tea and snacks. I found the breakfast delivered fresh daily to be a nice touch. The rooms were clean and quiet.
The shower water drained slowly. I experienced this issue .

The room was very clean and generally quiet. The bed and pillows were super comfortable ensuring a restful sleep each night. My double room was ready early, very convenient after my early morning arrival.

Breakfast is delivered in a charming basket right to the door each morning. The basket includes fresh pastries! a selection of jams, butter, and Nespresso coffee are also available in the room. Items in the refrigerator are replenished daily.

the location was great to all transport links. i loved the breakfast delivered to the room. there was also a fridge and kettle. the receptionist was helpful and i could leave my luggage after checkout.
