The hotel offered complimentary beverages all day. This included coffee, tea, and juices and I found the touch classy.
The room cleanliness was really an issue. I found visible dust everywhere and there was toilet paper behind the door upon my arrival. Small waste was left on the floor, too. Staff reluctance to fully address these concerns and not cleaning the room until requested soured my experience.

I was pretty frustrated with a few things . The lack of ventilation in the room was noticeable. It felt stuffy. the room floors and furniture felt worn. I expected better upkeep considering the price I paid. Breakfast was disappointing. It was a set meal with no choice, and the quality didn't justify the cost.
