the room was big with amazing river and city center views. the interior was recently decorated and looks stylish. the bed was big and comfy. i liked how the air cooling worked!!!

i needed to ask for water, and also for fresh towels. i reminded me of there weren't enough towels for everyone.

i found the location very convenient and it was easy to access many cafes and restaurants nearby the daily room cleaning was a great touch i appreciated the staff's kindness and attentiveness the breakfast area had a beautiful view that i enjoyed each morning.

the uphill approach to the hotel was a bit challenging with luggage

The hotel boasts a prime location near many cafes and restaurants. It safety was good, I could easily walk to Taksim Square and the tram station. The hotel staff were friendly. I was greeted and checked in earlier than expected, a definite plus.

the hotel had a very good location. it was a short walk to many of attractions. the staff was kind and helpful. i had a clean room with a beautiful city view.

the beds weren't comfortable. sometimes the air conditioning worked, sometimes it did not, it wasn't nice. the breakfast was very poor. the photo on the website of the breakfast did not match the breakfast i had.

The hotel offered a good location near bars. It was only a short walk uphill. The staff were friendly. Their service was excellent. I also found the rooms to be clean and modern. I appreciate the excellent location.

There was not enough variety of breakfast items. The drinks were not labeled. I didn't know what juice was available. It was an 8-10 minute walk to Taksim Square. This was slightly inconvenient.

I appreciated the perfect location. It was very easy to walk to Taksim Square and enjoy the social night life nearby. The breakfast was delicious, I loved the views from the upper deck. The hotel provided clean rooms and very comfortable beds.
