the hotel had a very good location. it was a short walk to many of attractions. the staff was kind and helpful. i had a clean room with a beautiful city view.

the beds weren't comfortable. sometimes the air conditioning worked, sometimes it did not, it wasn't nice. the breakfast was very poor. the photo on the website of the breakfast did not match the breakfast i had.

The hotel offered a good location near bars. It was only a short walk uphill. The staff were friendly. Their service was excellent. I also found the rooms to be clean and modern. I appreciate the excellent location.

There was not enough variety of breakfast items. The drinks were not labeled. I didn't know what juice was available. It was an 8-10 minute walk to Taksim Square. This was slightly inconvenient.

The room advertised as a 'beautiful room' was misrepresented. it was quite small, and the balcony offered no view. It was essentially a cramped outdoor space. i also found the breakfast selection very limited. The offerings seemed stale and uninspired.

I appreciated the perfect location. It was very easy to walk to Taksim Square and enjoy the social night life nearby. The breakfast was delicious, I loved the views from the upper deck. The hotel provided clean rooms and very comfortable beds.
