the apartment was super clean and spacious. i loved the fully equipped kitchen, it really helped. the location was amazing, so close to everything!
the balcony got no sun during the day. i found some noise at night and i could hear it from my room. the parking was a bit challenging at times too.

The location was close to the tram station. It was also close to supermarkets and restaurants.
The apartment lacked some expected amenities. I found no tea towel in the kitchen (a minor inconvenience). The east-facing balcony meant NO sun exposure throughout the day, causing the apartment to be cold.

the apartment was really modern and clean. i especially appreciate the parasols, chairs, bucket and spades made available. the beds were comfortable also the location was very convenient to anything.
the apartment was cold. the balcony faced east so there was no sun all day.

the apartments are near the beach and shops. the tram stop to alicante or benidorm is only five minutes away. the supermarket is very close also a child playground.

the staff was so friendly and helpful . i could borrow beach chairs and umbrellas. there are lockers to store luggage on the day of departure and washing machines available.
