the room had excellent views over the water. the boathouse is located close to the shore and offers a beautiful room. it was so clean.

fantastic stay
tay estuary stone structure modern comforts
the location provided a direct view of the tay estuary and dundee city. the boathouse is a former stone structure from the 1700s. it includes modern comforts and updates. i found the contactless arrival and departure convenient.
i noted the distance to towns without personal transportation.
