Acceptable but with some issues

The staff was helpful and the location is close to the airport.

The room felt dated. It could use some updates to feel fresher. i had trouble sleeping because the soundproofing was not good and there was noise from outside.

The room was not very clean and felt quite dated, it needed some attention. There were NO towel hooks in the bathroom, quite INCONVENIENT! To make matters worse, the staff gave me only one instant coffee packet even though there were three guests.

Really good Airport Proximity

My experience included reliable and punctual airport transfer services. It was very convenient. The room I stayed in had stable internet connection and functioning amenities like TV. The manager, Mr Marek, was attentive to my needs and helpful .

The hotel lacks dining facilities. I had to walk to the nearby Hilton for breakfast.
