Great location with clean rooms

My room included a nice balcony. The hotel is well located and near to some nice places. Breakfast was very good and the coffee was excellent.

The hotel does not provide water. I was told to go to the supermarket instead. The teacups in our room were never replaced with clean ones.

I found the staff at this hotel to be very kind. The breakfast had plenty of options to choose from. The hotel is near the bus station and the ferry, made getting around easy.

The room cleaning was very late. The room was not cleaned until after 3pm, inconvenient. I also saw two big cockroaches in the room. I COULDN'T sleep that night. The cleaning felt perfunctory, JUST emptying trash cans.

the location proved adequate for my needs. it did the job i guess.

I must say. the room service was a joke. they forgot to replenish the towels one day. another day. they just flat out didn't show. plus. the air conditioning unit sounded like a jet engine. Good luck trying to sleep through that nonsense.

the rooftop pool was a real treat offering nice views i found a nearby convenience store very useful for picking up essentials there were many restaurants around so i never struggled for dining choices

my room had a small balcony facing another guest's balcony which reduced privacy
