the staff was polite and helpful, i guess. the breakfast was okay too.

the rooms were really tiny. the air conditioning was centrally controlled, a complete disaster and a joke. i had no control over the temperature in my room at all, it was so annoying. also, there wasnt a fridge in the room unless i paid extra, like they didnt know it gets hot.

The staff was extraordinarily helpful, and the service transformed the experience. The operational manager, Maria, and her assistant were excellent. Guantsa, exemplified really good hospitality with patience and kindness. Such a unique service deserves recognition. The breakfast offered fresh fruits and delicious local delicacies.

The sounds of the disco penetrate and can be distracting late at night, even with earplugs.

the staff seemed nice enough, always available at the front desk.

the noise levels were high. Sleep was consistently interrupted until the early hours. the room offered earplugs (they clearly anticipate this issue), but they hardly blocked out the bass from nearby clubs. i found the limited variety at breakfast disappointing, and the taste was mediocre (the pastries tasted stale).
